We design and build data infrastructure, analytics systems, and AI-powered applications for growing companies across different industries.

As our client base grows, we are looking for Business Analysts who can turn demand into revenue by running discovery, shaping commercial solutions, and closing deals with clarity and precision.

This is not a traditional analyst role.
This is a commercial strategist role focused on:

  • discovery
  • solution shaping
  • commercial scoping
  • pricing
  • closing

You will work closely with Account Partners (relationship owners) and Tech Leads (solution validation) to convert opportunities into structured, profitable deals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, client discovery, commercial thinking, and structured deal-making.

What You Will Work On

Lead discovery calls with new prospects
Understand business context, pain points, and opportunities
Translate business needs into structured solution proposals
Define scopes, deliverables, and commercial boundaries
Work with Tech Leads to validate technical feasibility
Structure pricing and protect margins
Prepare clear, structured, high-quality proposals
Present solutions and lead commercial discussions
Handle objections and refine commercial strategy
Collaborate with Account Partners on expansion opportunities
Support high-stakes commercial conversations
Ensure clean handoff to BizOps and Product after deal close
Help refine ICP definitions and opportunity qualification

What We're Looking For

Experience in consulting, business analysis, solution design, or commercial roles
Strong discovery and problem-definition skills
Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions
Strong commercial thinking and pricing awareness
Comfort leading client-facing discussions
Strong communication skills in English
Structured thinking and attention to clarity
Ability to operate in fast-moving environments
Ownership mindset and execution focus

Preferred Experience

Experience in consulting, digital agencies, or tech companies
Experience working with data, AI, automation, or digital transformation projects
Experience writing proposals or solution documents
Experience working with sales or account teams
Understanding of technical concepts (data, AI, integrations, automation)
Experience working in startup or venture environments

Designing commercial frameworks for digital transformation work
Supporting expansion opportunities with existing clients
Preparing proposals for multi-phase transformation projects
Working with Tech Leads to shape solution architectures
Negotiating scope and pricing with clients
