Role Overview
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Representative who is eager to dive deep into the world of analytics and AI services. As part of our analytics team, you’ll work with companies across the globe to help them transition from messy Excel workflows to centralized, insight-rich data environments. You don’t need to be an engineer—but understanding how data and analytics work (or a deep interest in learning) is a plus. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team focused on expanding our client base and supporting digital transformation on a global scale.
Your Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of our analytics solutions. As a Business Development Representative, your day-to-day will involve both outbound and inbound lead generation efforts, with a focus on connecting with ideal clients who are ready to modernize their data workflows. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging ideal customer profiles (ICP) via LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, Instantly, and other outbound channels.
- Starting meaningful conversations with potential clients, understanding their pain points, and setting up calls with our business analysts to move them further along the sales funnel.
- Following digital transformation trends, especially within analytics, to identify high-value opportunities and craft relevant outreach.
- Creating personalized, well-researched outreach messages using prompt engineering techniques and messaging templates.
- Tracking and revisiting previous outreach attempts to discover new opportunities and re-engage potential clients.
- Responding quickly to inquiries, aiming for a response time under 10 minutes during peak engagement hours (4 PM – 12 AM GMT+3).
- Maintaining and organizing our CRM system, ensuring that lead and contact data is always up to date for seamless team collaboration.
Your ultimate goal is to help prospects understand how Vizio AI can eliminate inefficient workflows (e.g., on Excel) and guide them toward a centralized, insight-driven data environment.

- Fluent in English: Advanced spoken and written English is essential to build trust with global clients and clearly communicate value.
