The Role
As a Business Development Representative, your job is to connect with entrepreneurs, understand their vision, and guide them toward how we can help bring it to life using our AI and analytics expertise.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and storytelling. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—sparking conversations, qualifying leads, and shaping the earliest part of the customer journey.

What You’ll Do
We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced work environment, which requires a work-life integration mindset. Here is a list of responsibilities that the person who will join should be able to satisfactorily achieve:
- Identify leads who match our Ideal Customer Profile on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other sales outbound channels
- Use our automation tools to find and filter the right opportunities
- Start authentic conversations with people who have ideas—help them shape the next steps
- Set up discovery calls with our business analysts
- Write outreach messages that are thoughtful, specific, and human
- Stay up to date on AI, analytics, and SaaS trends so you can speak the language
- Track and follow up leads with patience and precision
- Keep our CRM clean and synced with the team
- Help us refine how we sell—not just the what, but the why
