Vizio AI is an AI-First Digital Transformation Studio helping clients worldwide unlock growth through data analytics, business intelligence, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
Our venture arm, Vizio Ventures, partners with founders to build and launch SaaS products from idea to scale. Together, we serve both mid-market clients and early-stage startups with data-driven innovation.

This is not a traditional Account Manager role.
This is not Project Management.
And this is not a passive client coordination position.

We are looking for a Client Partner who owns client relationships end-to-end — from business clarity to product direction to measurable value.

You will sit at the intersection of client strategy, product thinking, and growth.
Your role is to turn messy ideas into clear direction, validated scope, and execution-ready inputs — so our product and tech teams can move fast and deliver real outcomes.
 


What You Will Own

Client Strategy & Relationship Ownership

  • Act as the single strategic point of contact for assigned clients
  • Lead weekly or bi-weekly client conversations focused on outcomes, not tasks
  • Deeply understand client goals, constraints, and success metrics
  • Set expectations clearly and prevent misalignment
  • Handle escalations calmly and professionally
  • Own long-term client satisfaction, retention, and success

Business & Product Advisory

  • Frame business problems before they reach Tech
  • Shape raw ideas into feasible, outcome-driven product directions
  • Advise on prioritization, scope, and trade-offs
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blind spots early
  • Ensure initiatives align with measurable ROI
  • Shift conversations from “features” to “outcomes”

Clarity Creation (Your Core Superpower)

  • You will turn ambiguity into clarity by creating:
  • Pitch decks and vision presentations
  • Clickable prototypes and user flows
  • Solution outlines and scope documents
  • User journeys and process diagrams
  • High-level product roadmaps
  • You will use tools such as:
  • Figma, FigJam, Figma Make
  • Lovable, Bolt, Framer
  • ChatGPT for structured documentation and scoping
  • Canva or Google Slides for presentations
  • Your output enables BizOps and Tech to execute with speed and confidence.

Account Growth & Expansion

  • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Propose initiatives that unlock revenue or efficiency
  • Collaborate with Growth and partner teams when relevant
  • Increase account lifetime value (LTV) through insight-led conversations
  • Support long-term, multi-project client relationships

High-Level Delivery Alignment (Non-Operational)

  • Own the “what” and the “why”, not daily execution
  • Provide BizOps and Tech with strong business context
  • Clarify success criteria per initiative
  • Communicate major risks or directional shifts early
  • Close the loop with clients after releases
  • No task tracking.
    No delivery micromanagement.

 

This Role Is NOT For You If

  • You enjoy tracking tasks, timelines, or chasing developers
  • You prefer clearly defined tickets over ambiguous business problems
  • You are looking for a classic agency-style account role
  • You want operational ownership instead of strategic ownership

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Account Management, Product, Consulting, Strategy, or similar)
  • Strong business problem-framing and product thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to translate messy ideas into clear, structured logic
  • Confidence in expectation management and constructive push-back
  • Comfort creating decks, documents, and prototypes
  • Experience with Figma / FigJam and basic UX concepts
  • High AI fluency (ChatGPT, no-code or AI-assisted tools)
  • Strategic mindset with strong ownership mentality

Bonus

  • Experience with SaaS products or digital agencies
  • Startup or fast-paced, ambiguous environment experience
