The Role

As our People & Culture Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and compliance. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to help us attract top talent, support our growth, and build a culture where people thrive. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and has a passion for building scalable HR practices from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

 Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments and seniority levels
  • Strong emphasis on IT recruitment, especially during high-growth periods
  • Develop and refine hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate experiences with a DE&I lens
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job scopes, processes, and hiring plans
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and niche tech job boards

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Design onboarding journeys that create early role clarity, connection, and engagement
  • Develop repeatable, high-impact onboarding and orientation programs
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify key insights to improve retention

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records using HRIS platforms and internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and company policies across jurisdictions
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and documentation needs

Engagement, Growth & Learning

  • Partner with leadership to build engagement, well-being, and growth initiatives
  • Support or lead performance processes (e.g., OKRs, reviews, development planning)
  • Coordinate culture initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a tech startup or scaleup environment
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle tech/IT recruitment and mass hiring when needed.
  • Solid knowledge of core HR functions: onboarding, compliance, performance, employee relations, etc.
  • Comfortable with modern HR tech stacks (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, Deel, Lever, Notion, Slack)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-moving contexts
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and operates with a growth mindset
