Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and business-savvy Product Owner with a strong focus on external relations and stakeholder management. As a key member of our team, you will act as the primary bridge between our clients and internal development teams—translating business needs into actionable product requirements and ensuring that our solutions deliver value and impact.

This role requires not just product vision and backlog management, but also proactive communication with external partners, clients, and stakeholders to align expectations and drive product success.

Your Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their voice is heard throughout the development cycle.
• Gathering, refining, and prioritizing product requirements based on business value and customer feedback.
• Managing the product backlog and ensuring development teams are working on the highest-priority items.
• Working closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical execution.
• Translating complex client requirements into clear product documentation and user stories.
• Representing the product in client meetings, demos, and reviews—building trust through transparency and value delivery.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor solutions to ensure product competitiveness and innovation.
• Supporting go-to-market efforts, aligning product features with business strategies and client expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a client-facing product role within software or tech companies.
• Client-Facing Expertise: Proven track record in managing external stakeholders, navigating client relationships, and aligning product goals with business outcomes.
• Strategic Thinker: Comfortable making prioritization decisions that balance client needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Technical Fluency: Background in engineering or a strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.
• Excellent English Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for global client communication.
• Product Mindset: Passionate about building great products that solve real problems.
• Collaboration Champion: Works effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive outcomes.
• Detail-Oriented: Able to zoom in on feature details while keeping an eye on the broader business vision.
