Tech Lead – SaaS & AI Systems

Multi-tenant SaaS platforms, internal tools, automation layers, analytics systems, and scalable architectures used by real businesses.

We are looking for a Tech Lead who can define technical direction across multiple SaaS products while staying close to the code.

This role is for someone who enjoys designing systems, making architecture decisions, and guiding other developers while still contributing to production code.

You will operate at the intersection of product ambition and engineering execution.

What You Will Own

Architecture & Technical Direction

• Design scalable structures for multi-project environments
• Make decisions on data models, APIs, and integration patterns
• Balance speed vs sustainability
• Raise risks early and propose better alternatives
• Create foundations other developers can build on

System Ownership

• Own critical parts of product architecture across multiple systems
• Ensure reliability and maintainability as products evolve
• Drive technical clarity in ambiguous situations

Client-Facing Technical Confidence

• Join client calls when deep technical understanding is required
• Explain trade-offs in simple language
• Build trust through clarity and reliability

Hands-On Development

• You will actively write production code every week.
• Build complex dashboards
• Implement rule engines
• Integrate payment systems
• Design admin panels
• Optimize performance
• Review critical PRs

Engineering Quality 

• Push for clean architecture
• Improve maintainability
• Keep technical debt visible
• Document technical decisions
• Level up the engineering standards

Core Stack

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React.js

• PostgreSQL (Supabase preferred)
• Git collaborative workflows

Bonus Experience

• Stripe (checkout, subscriptions, webhooks)
• RBAC & permission systems
• Multi-tenant architectures
• Building internal tools or SaaS platforms
